Refund and Exchange Policy for Lawns in Good Nick
At Lawns in Good Nick, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law and to provide clear guidelines for our customers.
Clothing Items
1. Faulty Items: All clothing items sold by Lawns in Good Nick are covered by consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a replacement, or refund.
2. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you require an exchange due to incorrect size, please email us at lawnsingoodnick@gmail.com and we can organise an exchange should the correct size item be in stock.
3. Proof of Purchase: To request a refund, or replacement you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. The product does not need to be in its original packaging, but we do ask that it be returned in its original condition.
4. Return Costs: If the product is confirmed to have a fault, we will reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs. If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be responsible for any inspection or return costs, but we will provide an estimate of these costs beforehand.
E-Books, Guides, and Programs
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products such as e-books, guides, and programs. All sales of digital products are final.
